This Winchester manufactured off-white, red, orange and black cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Super-X 40 grain high velocity 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and copper washed bullets and is in very good condition with light wear and possibly some price sticker residue or a wrinkle running around one end of the box. The ends of the cardboard ammo tray are becoming unsealed. The "WINCHESTER GROUP / East Alton, IL 62024" ownership is printed on the bottom panel with a large CIP logo. The brass casings display the "SU-1" headstamp and have a few specks of light tarnish present.  (file photos)

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1984 and was produced until 1986.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WRA-H&R-1C LR-1 variation. The difference observed is that this box is off-white instead of white. This box displays the "C" style bottom with a large CIP logo. This box also displays 2 small red stripes that run from the back panel edge to the bottom edge of the box, but location on the edge may vary from box to box.
